I don't know, maybe he was talking about car insurance? Weird that I've found this kind of a post on the jiu jitsu forum. Well, if I'm right, buying an insurance is not a problem. If you're not teen, of course. My 17 y.o. son wanted to drive a car, and it was real pain in the ass. Because all proposals for him was overpriced.
