Hey guys, Just thought I'd pick your minds for a bit. I've been working on my guard passing, in particular, standing passes. Something I have been finding a lot of guys doing, is throwing up a knee shield, and while sometimes I do get passed, I don't feel like it is clean or well earned. It's just luck.
Am I right in saying the M1 and kneeling M1 are for this? What are other options that you all enjoy and employ?
