I love the Joe Rogan podcast but on the last fight companion they straight up pulled the plug on you after you were just given the "rational listener" talk haha ...and that's all I have to say... About that... ;) I guess some ideas are too dangerous to entertain. To be clear I mean absolutely no offense to Joe or anyone on the podcast. Just had to be said.
It's all good, somehow it makes the show interesting that I get shut down, plus it's Joe's show, he's the boss, I'm just grateful to be on the show :)

Me? I can be pretty reserved but if I get all liquored up I can be quite entertaining I've been told.
I've just taken too many astronomy classes to not want to rip my hair out when I hear Eddie talk about space. "Mainstream" astronomers don't just tell you stuff and expect you to believe it. They explain it in such a way that makes you understand why it is indeed a fact and not just a theory/opinion. There are a lot of things however that are theories: blackhole phenomena, dark energy/matter, what happened before and directly after the big bang, etc that are still very much theory but there's A LOT of rock-solid facts. For instance, why we see the same constellations every night; so easily and undisputedly explained.
In all seriousness I bet you are a genuinely nice natured person, I mean here we are communicating on the best source of cutting edge physical expression tech in my opinion. I do however feel your argument is like that of a lot of others, in that you are arguing on the basis of acceptance and agreement to information communicated to you and not on the basis of your own experience and gathered evidence. Because of that fact I am hesitant on the productivity of further debate. Plus your attempt to solve an intellectual challenge ( centricity perspectives ) with a physical answer ( smack upside the head ) is also not indicator this will be a reasonable conversation and a little too much of a "square peg for a round hole" level of reasoning.

All we know is that we don't really know. I don't know why as humans we can't just admit that, some ego we have as a collective.
Speaking of astronomers, they have only viewed space from earth, not viewed earth from space, so regardless of their intellect and knowledge of what is out there they are the goldfish looking out so how would a goldfish know what the outside of a goldfish bowl looks like from inside of the goldfish bowl? They can only really theorise.
As for NASA we can say with reasonable certainty that there's a good deal of corruption running rife within their organisation so it's hard to take their studies at face value.
Also I find it fascinating that when studying quantum mechanics at a high level, scientists and mathematicians are more baffled the deeper they go. What seems legit to me is that the harder we study something the more it responds in kind to being studied and spews out false data. If this phenomena is true and matter behaves differently whilst being studied to how it behaves when not being studied then why would the earth be any different?
