I can't preach enough about brandon Mccaghren correct posture and shrimping technique really it's going back to fundamentals learn how to do a correct shrimp which will get you to your side so you can breath and then make a plan all the while maintaining a engaged and correct posture ( straight spine chest out ) the correct shrimp and the framing that entails is key and well I would have to see your shrimping or get with brandon! I'm a bigger competitor and I deal with heavy a lot and learn a fundamental shrimp saved me from being crush cause no matter how big they are if your shrimping game is legit you will be just fine
I like that butterfly gaurd to sweep because I am 6'3 lightwieght tall and lanky and I train in Tehran, Iran with a bunch of Gold medalist iranian wrestlers who are training jiujitsu.
