Lot of work in that. Thanks mate! :-)
This is good. I look forward to using this list once I get my computer fixed.
have you guys noticed that there are episodes that aren't working? i came across two yesterday, and now i'm trying to watch episode 63 and that's not working.
I haven't had time to update the tech guide in a while. Work has been crazy. Those links are broken because when the site went down they had to be recreated and I haven't had time to update them. I'm hoping things will slack off next week and I'll have a couple of hours to get caught up.
Boooom

There was a documentary Twister Bravo posted in a old mastering the system episode about reversing brain tumor does anybody know which episode it is?!?
now that is a rashie
Man, being a part of this community has brought my game up. This is amazing. Thank You
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but how can the MTS techniques be used in conjunction with the books and DVDs? There have been moves that have worked their ways into and out of the system since the books came out, but they are still amazing resources.
Sorry! I guess my question was, the techniques on MTS, do they assume you have the moves in the books and on the DVDs down? Do they build on that? Or are there some "basics" from the system on MTS as well? A mix?
I know certain moves like London (in the book, right?) are no longer in the system, so how much does MTS address issues like that?
Hopefully that is more clear :/
Ahh. There really isn't a "timeline". But most techniques are thoroughly explained so even if you haven't gone through the books or DVD's you should be able to keep up. There is a tab in the technique guide that lists all of the techniques in each book and each DVD if you are curious but you'll have to buy the media if you want more than a reference.

Awesome
I've been investing in the warm-ups a lot more lately (coming from a guy that doesn't train regularly at a 10p). I really like the fact that they're 3-4 move sequences and when you get somewhere in your roll, you're like "OH SNAP!" and you can hit it.
This is an awesome thread, thanks for sharing.
Awesome
I'm so glad I decided to get on today because this is awesome. This will definitely help improve my game. Thanks for the great hook up.
Thanks Chris!! Being new to the BJJ game this definitely helps me a great deal.

this is amazing! Thanks so much for posting!!
Cool! New to the site and the system. Thanks for sharing.
