Awesome finds Chris! :)
Eddie, can you give us an ETA on the new warm ups you are incorporating? ;)
After getting the 1/4 guard warmups down, i've been focusing on them about 2 or 3 weeks or so. It was something that popped up in sparring right away.
Lovin' the warmups, they've improved my game in a way i never imagined.
Do you guys focus on both sides for warm ups (especially clinching ones like 1/4 guard, 1/2 pass, and open guard)? I figure with some of the passes, mostly the open guard and butterfly guard passes, you could pick which side to pass on, so sticking with one side might not be as bad. But with the ones you can't dictate as much (1/4, 1/2, open guard sweeps), do you get both sides decent or just one side up to ninja level before focusing on the other side?
Watched the videos and felt a bit overwhelmed at first. Wrote detailed notes, took them to my class and arranged to all arrive 30 minutes early and amazing how quickly they become 'easy' and natural.
I do this kind of stuff for stand up all the time (partner drills), so it's kind of strange we never thought about it for more complex Jiu Jitsu movements until now.
Thanks for those who put all this together.
Newest addition to Series B: Hail Mary

Love the safe haven back escape addition to the Hail Mary rolling kimura to back take to rnc.
Eddies scrape defence has got me out of trouble countless times and we drill the shit out of it as well as leg press/baseball bat defence so this safe haven technique fits snugly in between the two completing the back escape spectrum.
We also drill tripod defence when turtled and they have hooks be interesting to see a 10th Planet take on that too..
