New Pressure Pass on latest MTS - love it!
I've been working a variation of this a lot lately (after having seen it on Ryan Hall's Passing DVDs). Great addition to the WarmUps :)
I've been out of jiu-jitsu training for awhile. I come back to even more warm ups.. Going to lose this weight for sure.
Sorry if this has already been asked:
In terms of sets - how do you guys approach these? Eddie says to devote the first 15 minutes of each class to the day's warmups. Are you guys going for timed sets, are you doing a certain amount of each technique? Do you have a number you work towards in a timed set?
It looks from the videos that most schools are doing either one for one or three by three, but I can't tell how many rotations / how long each is going for. I'm guessing 3 minutes per a warmup (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4) then 1 minute rest after each. Do as many 1 for 1 or 3 for 3 rotations as possible in that 3 minutes as possible?
The beginning (15 Mins approx) of every (Intermediate) class has one of the Warm-ups, no breaks between the flows just straight into the next one once the instructor calls it. The way we usually do it is Person A and Person B swap positions after each rep. After that's done the lesson begins.
Beginners class generally consists of actually drilling and teaching the warm ups but in the Intermediate classes we know them all.
These warm ups are great, but I was wondering beside the app that Chris created which is wicked cool is there anyway I can download these videos to the desktop to burn onto a disc? I'm asking because it would be easier to study and watch in the gym on video versus an app on my phone. It would also greatly improve my solo drills at home in my gym too. If anyone can help me figure out a good way that I could burn these warm ups to a disc it would be very appreciated. Thanks for all the help and again the app is wicked great when I'm at work bored needed to study some technique.
How can I get video of the new warm ups?
You Eddie, you are coming to south america in June?? I mail you, please check your mail, thanks for the videos.
You'll have an insane marcelotine, straight ankle lock and your rolling kimura will be ultra sick, and don't forget the open guards, you will all have a strong base in guards that aren't my forte but I think are important to ad the system like deep half, X guard, spiral guard and everyone will also have the nogi berimbolo from DLR in their arsenal, EVERYONE. This is all in the warm ups.

The Technique Guide has 3 different variations. Android App, Mobile Site (for Iphone) and a spread sheet.
Here's the topic...
Has anything 10P specific been developed focusing solely on solo drills/techniques? I sometimes end up without an available partner (small town, bad winters, etc) and still want to drill and develop technique. I know solo drills that are "general bjj" but wondered if, aside from intermittent stuff like A1 (knee to knee/butt to butt granbys) if there was a cohesive "solo warm up".
How often does the warm up app for android get updated or is there an updated list somewhere. For example A-4 just got updated in the latest MTS to inversion to triangle to escape.
If the videos get remade I'll update the app. I have a really hard time keeping up with the changes to be honest. I really wish the first page of this thread had them listed and when they changed the list would just get updated. Then I could make the necessary changes to the tech guide, warmup app, mobile site, etc.
Ginger, how do you know that? Where are you getting that information? I want to make sure I'm following the right sources. Thanks.
Thank you Matt!
Dear Eddie ,
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this learning experience. As these videos are private , is there any place I can find these warm ups ? I live in Florida and don't have access to a 10p school.
Best ,
DC
Thank you Chris! Be well!
its not letting me watch the videos, its saying to sign in, i am a pro member and signed in?
This is what comes up when I try to access the Apple App for the warm ups.....
"NOTICE: This domain name expired on 7/30/2015 and is pending renewal or deletion."
Hi Eddie
it wont let me c the video????
^^^ me either
Same.
Whenever I click on the video, it says "This video is private."
Very helpful for someone new to the system! Thanks!
Are these the up to date warm ups?

The warm up drills in Darlington where awesomw cant wait to get them all down
The videos won't play. It says to sign in because they're private, but I am signed in and my subscription is active? How do I play these fuckers so I can do some studying
nvm i just read the thread
I highly doubt it. If its not from 2015, I'd say there's a good chance its not the current version.
I cant watch any of these. They all say private video.
But, the links from the technique guide are to videos that are not current either. At least several of them are not current. The current ones are scattered about the internet as far as I can tell. Eddies instagram has the new (four part) H series.
Im not sure how the moon heads are doing the latest warm-ups right now. I guess they either get the videos somewhere I dont know about, like 10WO, or they slackin.
This is the last series released in a set. The tweaks are in the MTS. The warm ups are ever evolving. You can get your base level from here but if you want the tweaks you'll need to watch the MTS vids until the next set is released.

Thanks! Im sure everyone that is going to spend the time would want the tweaks, since the tweek are improvements. Are you sure that all the tweaks are in MTS?
See, that's really the essence of my problem. I dont mind hunting down the videos I need, but I gotta know when an update has happened and where the tweak can be found.
How is a moon head currently keeping track of the latest tweaks? Is Eddie giving them links to instagram videos when he does an update, via 10WO?
