Thanks for the videos Frank. They are legit!
Seriously helpful. Been needing this! Thanks so much for going back through everything! I'm too much of a perfectionist to do without all the reps, these updated vids are the absolute shit!
Hello everyone,
I'm pretty new in this community but in the short time that I have been in the 10th Planet family i noticed many people who realy care about jiu jitsu, work for progress and like to share knowledge to the world. As I am teaching a little nogi grappling course in my martial arts school in Düsseldorf, Germany, i would like to ask if i may use the 10th Planet warmups for my teaching.
EDIT: I'm a 2nd Dan in "japanese" Jiu Jitsu and have some experience in other Martial arts like Judo ( 4. Kyu) and Muay Thai. Since my master discovered that groundwork was a bit underrated in our school and bjj/luta livre is a fun sport, he started a free "grappling" lesson in our academy. After some time he retired from groundwork and I was "forced" to hold the lessons. Since then I was selfteaching and shared my little knowledge with my "students". The group began to grow and i noticed that I had to get myself a better insight into bjj. So I searched on Youtube for techniques but also noticed that I need some personal instructions. Fortunately the only gracie school in germany is only 2 minutes of walking away from my academy so I started to train the "combatatives". Also this improves my game, i like the nogi style kind of more and since I discovered Eddie's style I'm in love with it. I also want to adapt to this system and it is my dream that some day my Academy is a 10th planet academy as well.
best wishes from germany,
Anton
