out of curiosity
I wonder if any of you are training with overly flexible knee where you are prone to sprain.
My knee ligament is bit loose after two injury meniscus ligament.
I would like to ask what do you do to strengthen you knee to keep training.
And one more thing
when will the new spats be out?

I would suggest you start doing pistol squats or one-legged squats in general. You can also use TRX Training, which supports the muscles near the ligaments and the joints.
