I'm with you on this. I regularly see updates on MTS and instagram, but not sure if all updates are in either or both locations. I try to take note of them when I see them and incorporate but it's difficult.

Ok, Eddies not a perfect being so Im sure its possible that they dont have all the info that he would ideally want them to have, but we can disagree on that.
Regardless, say they do have all the info, my question was how are they getting it. Reason I ask is because I want it too.
all the videos are on private. Can't see them
Is there a way I can download the warmups onto my phone so I don't have to be on the internet to watch them?
I'm signed into youtube and 10thplanetjj but can't view any of the warm up videos. Saying This Video is private. What do I do?
okay so how many rounds should you do for each one like a1a ,a1b, 2 min then partner for a3,a4,a5 for 5 min rounds each????? any kind of time intervals that you guys do let me know?
As a white belt, I am in a fundamentals class that is a solid hour of learning the warm up for the day, and doing specific training that is focused around the techniques required to perform the warm up, such as granby rolls, and many variations of it before moving into the actual granby roll from knee-to-knee position. Or rolling kimuras, and all the steps leading up to that technique, like shoulder rolls, and practicing the kimura before moving into the actual rolling kimura flow drill.
However, the goal is to move into the advanced classes, and the warm ups are just that, a warm up, and should not take up more than 15-20 minutes of an advanced class, so thats 5 minutes per flow, 4 flows per warm up, so try for 5 minutes per flow. It will not be easy, you will sweat your ass off,and it will be tiring, thats the purpose of a warm up.
Keep in mind I am just a lowly white belt, and this is just my observation of how we drill our warm ups at my current moon. Moons may very, instructors may very, days on how we train the warm ups and techniques can vary depending on who showed up to class that day. As long as your doing the warm up of the day, I doubt it will matter how you go about it, as long as your doing it. But dont make light of it, make it hard, push hard through it, make it non stop, make it exhausting, its all about getting the repetitions in, and building reflexes and muscle memory. Since my moon is brand new, and we are all beginners, it is very common to train for 2 hours straight on the warm ups, and variations of the warm ups, and any drills and techniques that pertain to the warm up of the day, before moving onto something more advanced. I love it!
But if that answer was too complex, then do this instead... try for 20 repetitions for each partner, or 10 each side, for 20 total... each. Train left and right, dominant and non dominant sides, then switch. You'll find this will hit around the 2-5 minute mark, depending on your speed.
Warm ups should be done on a 3 mins timer. Example A1=3mins, A2=3mins, A3=3mins, A4= 3mins. Warmps up should only take about 15-20mins of class time.
Inch by Inch.............
hey the fucking video keeps telling me its private!! please someone help
New link to old (non-updated) videos. :p
Thanks. I know they exist, I know the difference is "a few tweaks". I assume the tweaks are improvements so the old ones may still be "valid", but inferior. Who would want to do the old ones when they know the new AND IMPROVED warm-ups exist?
If the videos were posted somewhere we can all access them, or in MTS, that would be great. I dont see why they are distributed through the 10P shadow goverment.
I asked Frank because Eddie said he was working on new warm-up videos with all the tweaks, for release to those not in the 10WO.
"If the videos were posted somewhere for all to see - we'd all be seeing them."
Im not getting your point here.
"A LOT of it IS in MTS, you just have to dig."
I already know this and Ive already done did the digging. I want the most updated versions of all the warmups. Id rather not have to watched the drawn out versions on MTS and mentally incorporate them into the warm up. I have guys that are trying to learn these right now and I want them to be able to watch updated warm up videos.
"And there's no secret distribution. All the tweaks I have seen were posted either in the MTS or on Eddie's IG."
I must have been misinformed, I was told by a moon head that eddie post them or at least the links to them on 10WO.
Ive never used IG, Im searching for the updated warmups on eddie's instagram but Im not sure how to do it other than endlessly scrolling down. Is there a search function?
There is a big difference between introducing and demoing a technique on MTS and posting a video of the updated warm up.
Im not sure if you're trying to be helpful or argue that not having videos of updated warm ups, is not a problem. Sure seems like the latter. I doubt there is anything you can tell me about this situation that I dont already know but thanks for your time.
Of course for the time being Im doing the old ones, I'll wait for updates. Im asking for my own selfus reasons but I do think having these videos would help the entire system.
I can say I'm not trying to be unhelpful. But what I am saying is when the powers that be (whomever that may be) decide to re make all the wamups and post them publicly everybody will have them. If they haven't been posted it's either because they don't exist or the powers that be don't want you to have them. Coming on here cussing (Not you - this guy) and demanding the videos won't change anything. When they exist and are released, they will be posted.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction on the *new* warm up C? I'm not asking for videos, I know they're not up. But I can find "Warmups F Revisited" but not "Warmups C revisited. I find stuff on MTS 94 and 92 on the chest pass, flyover pass, etc. but am I just blind and missing it or is there nothing up for C?
I dont think there are tweaks to C.

Of course I can never be sure about warm-ups tweaks.
I have no idea at this point what the current versions actually are. This was started once upon a time:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...ilebasic?pli=1
...but never got completed, and is likely dated by now. Sure would be helpful, though. Anything else out there we might be missing?
I can't confirm nor deny this but I'm pretty sure the latest versions are being put together.
That's all I know...
Attachment 3492
I know the M1 is not a kneeling M1, it's a planking M1 now to coincide with the "pressure" passing theme. Also the B-smith escape has an arm drag to swim move to spider web to arm crush. I know the moves, I just really like hearing Eddie's explanations, because they improve my understanding of how they fit in the game.
Look like all the warm ups videos are now set as PRIVATE. How do I access them now?
E, F, and G are set to private.
I dont know man, I swear they were public until recently. I can tell you that not long ago, eddie said Frank Barca was working on a new set of videos. This was on the "ask me anything thread".
I feel like any tweeks have either been posted to eddies instagram or have been in MTS but I dont really instagram so I haven't caught them and I dont know how to search IG. I think that eddie post links, to videos of the tweeks, on the 10WO, and the moon heads are so good at absorbing technique that they can watch that video a couple times and BAM, they know the new version of the warm up.
idk man,, there's a reason Ima white belt. :)
All warm ups will be posted here shortly. Or check out YouTube. 6 out of 8 warm ups are live!
Thank you!! I really sincerely appreciate you taking your time to makes these!
