1. Slow down my Jiu Jitsu. Refine.
2. Eat well. More vegetables, less refined sugar.
3. Visit Marcelo and Renzo's in NYC, 10th Planet San Diego & Atos, and finally return to HQ in August and September.
4. Get back into yoga full-time.
5. Compete in some bigger competitons - First up is the BJJ British Open & NAGA UK, both Gi & Nogi.
6. Improve my coaching skills.
7. Intake way more CBD.
8. Continue the fight against chronic anxiety issues.
