At this point in my life I'm a bit too beat up for jiu jitsu. (Is being a jj practitioner a requirement for being here?) I grew up wrestling an older brother old enough it was like wrestling hercules every time, wrestled in high school, dabbled in some martial arts like wing chun, taiji, bagua, xingyi; ~14 years of meditative training both self study and under a teacher or two, but have my own path enough that those I am still involved with I am a sort of elder sort of student (as such I dont really have any sort of belt per se, and it would have been pretentious if I selected black belt ;) ) I swung by here because I like Eddie and figured I'd offer some of what I've put together on breathwork - only as much dealing with chi as one wants - but anyway, this is getting OT, I can write more in a quieter place.
