    Flexibility problem?

So i've been adding the double bagger into my game, but I've noticed that it is very difficult for me to grab my foot behind my knee. I have uneven hips, and pain in my knee, but I still don't understand why I can't double bag efficiently. Do you guys know what to do?

Depending on some guys width it can be a little difficult but I do something sometimes that helps me get it behind the knee. You can grab your foot with your left hand over the shin.....the just kind of do a "Pump" motion and it helps clear the knee.....I can show a video if that does not make sense.

I think I get what you're saying, but a video would be nice, too.
