A guy I roll with goes straight from threatening the gogo with the left foot, to swinging the right all the way over and taking like a flying Special K. This works really well since my chin is tucked but I still usually have to defend the gogo/straitjacket with my hand. Then his right thigh catches my left elbow as it comes around and forces it into the straight armbar (special K). That probably doesn't make any sense.
