    Man I ain't no expert and i'm not dissin, but it seems you admire brute strength by your references to benchin and arm wrestling(damn he was pullin! spiral fracture?).

    I would recommend rolling with as little strength as possible, as close to 100% tech as possible. Dont put your load bearing bones in a position to be under that much pressure, ever. I've seen people come back from horrific injuries through intelligence. He'll be fine if he's smart about it.

    Definitely make sure the bone is fully healed and structurally sound.

    Maybe just avoid doing kimuras and tell your training partner that bicep slicers are off limits.

    i dont admire brute strength. my brother is only 135 and he was able to put down ppl who were 2x his size so he though he would try some comps. and did good at it tell he broke his arm . and bench press is how out train for that dumb ass sport.
