    Competition Preparation

    I had a search through the forum to see how everyone prepares for tourneys/comps and I couldn't find anything!

    Are there any changes you guys make to your normal training?

    We are currently 5 weeks out until the Pan Pacs in Australia.
    Under the help from Coach Frank Barca he has got me to change things up 8 weeks out drilling Dead Zones, Live drills and of course lots of rolling.

    I'm just curious how everyone likes to prepare!
