    We do guard passing drills like this at Hq except dude on bottom has his fingers interlocked behind his head and dude on top can only pass standing. It's an old drill I got from Jean Jacques

    I think doing things like this helps bring back the fun into grappling. A couple times as guy were preparing for fights we did two people on the fighter in certain positions. That was cool. Back to what I was saying about bringing the fun back into grappling, yes it's fun but when you are preparing for a fight or a tournament and you go to multiple classes a day 3-4 days a week after a while you get burnt out. That's normally when I take a 2 week break so I can rest up. I think it would be a lot of fun to spice up the daily grind by doing odd drills like this

    I love Rener man. I just think he's a down to earth cool dude an a bad ass. Not to take anything away...but That has to be the worst purple belt I've ever seen...lol.

    My instructor makes us do that as well.
