    Good to hear it Louis. Had one of my students try to snap my neck a couple of weeks ago and my neck is still jaked up. Aleve and the chiropractor are my friends. Lol. Glad your back brother

    I'm wearing two knee braces right now just to pad the tender part of my knee and to restrict its flexation. It seems to be helping, if anything just as a reminder, since the metal hinges will pop out and fly across the room anytime I spazz and hyper flex my knee. But yeah, take it easy and tap often.. even if you're just in an unhealthy position.
