    daily I have to use some as a warm up / range of motion stretch these days or my old ass seize's up completely.

    There's some new ideas there I'll use now too

    looks like 90% of the stuff we do for warm ups at the club, add some partner body weight exercises, big tires, and kettle bells and its the first half hour at my gym. followed by an hour of technique and rolling
