Not sure if this is a good place to ask, but anywho, I'm working my rubber guard. I'm pretty good at getting the zombie but I have a very low percentage of completing the kung fu move. Can anybody point me towards some advise or exercises to help me with this? Thanks

Just keep practicing. I used to practice my kung fu move while stretching, during class, sitting on the floor at home, watching tv on the couch, etc. You can do it anywhere and just keep getting reps and smoothing it out.
