    testosterone is the fountain of youth. Broccoli, avocado, celery, and oysters all naturally increase test levels significantly. Also I train outdoors and live in arizona, where temps can reach above 110 degrees f so I can tell you from experience that hydration is extremely important. Dehydration can significantly increase fatigue. Drink lots of water, even if you feel you don't need it.

    And obviously avoid fast food. That's all.
