    Advice on muscle fatigue

Looking for advice on muscle fatigue.
Got a comp on Saturday and my muscles are burning out and slow on recovery.
I'm still getting things done on the mats, but my forearms and shoulders seem to fatiguing quite quickly and it's effecting my squeeze.
I'm already on magnesium after training and protein shakes before, during & after.
Anybody got anything I'd appreciate it.
    Cheers.

fish oil and maybe go light, especially the days right before. work some technique, your not gonna get hella better in one week. the majority of your skill is set so best bet is let your body rest up.

ya you just need yoru muscle fibers to repair itsself, unless your just need to be processing oxygen better, which ive been experimenting with cordyceps full spectrum, and ive noticed long endurance, and quicker recovery. for me thats how ive felt after using it for some time and getting off, i could feel a real difference, but all in all, just rest, sleep is a good way to recover

Drink more water. Seriously. That'll solve a ton of your cardio and fatigue problems. I try to finish a 1 gallon jug everyday before practice.

Something else I've been doing recently that I really like is adding a teaspoon of Beta-Alanine to a bottle of water about 20 minutes before practice.

I had the same problem and was told to go for ZMA tablets after training but never did. Might be worth looking into though maybe.
