    Is this thing even legal?!

    I heard about this in a book I was reading, I had never heard of it until then, but that shit looks painful!

    Not legal in most standard IBJJF tournaments lol. Maybe in naga expert, grapplers quest advance or adcc. Probably not the best way to make friends in the gym though
