    I forgot to add how much time on the. 4-5hrs Monday, 1-2hr Tuesday, 3-4 Hours Wed, 2-3 Thursday, 3 hours Sat. I will call it 14 hours a week, sometimes more getting closer to comp. These numbers also don't include close to an hour of Crossfit 6 days a week, nor the thai boxing.
