    Shroom Tech?

    Anybody here using Shroom Tech? Looks like an interesting supplement.

    I do, and I'd recommend it to everybody that trains.
    I don't feel any different on it but you'll be able to push yourself for longer while working out

    i looked into that stuff for awhile and im intrested too, but ive been taking cordyceps full spectrum organic capsules, and ive always felt i would have an easier time breathing and recover faster, i use to have bad asthma, and cordyceps helped give me the extra boost, with other vitamins to help boost that

    I've tried shroomtech and I liked ita lot. But I took it with other stuff. I had a workout drink and b12 along with the shroomtech. That said, the first day I did that was the first time I was able to roll non stop for the full hour only missing one round for being the odd man out. Afterward I walked a half mile home and had so much left over energy that I did a quick freeweight routine and 20 burpees. And I'm not exaggerating ONE BIT! My girl thought I was taking steroids or speed or something. It was insane.

    Once I ran out of shroomtech I still had enough energy for the full rolls, but I did notice that I would run out of gas sooner. So shroomtech is great for gas, not for energy. Pop some b12 along with the shroomtech and you'll hulk out.

    Exactly. That was my expectation. I expected to feel something. You don't feel it per say. You just last longer. But pop some b12 along with it, and you'll feel something. It's especially noticable if you have cardio issue.

    I used a couple bottles but saw no gain in performance. A couple of my students feel it helps and swear by it. They say you wont feel anything you just will be able to roll longer at peak or get a betr performance durng work outs. Maybe i have just spent so much time on the mats between wrestling and jiu jitsu that I have learned to control the oace while grappling. Try it out and if you feel it helps then hell yeah why not.

    So they dont know yet what the active ingredient(s) in the shroom is?
    Has anyone found old text describing the use of this mushroom?

    I rate Shroomtech Sport highly to.

    Alpha Brain, did nothing for me, Hemp Force, good, but not the greatest protein ever, BUT Shroomtech Sport I really feel I have better stamina and recovery.
