    It definitely is a good technique to have for traversing these snowy West Virginia hills in the winter lol

    The weirdest part about constantly training break falls is that you only do them in throws and warm up drills so you take the muscle memory for granted. Then out of nowhere, you're walking down a sidewalk, slip, slide, eat shit and instead of landing on your face you turn into a ninja and roll out of it like a cat. The gift that keeps on giving.. break falls.
