had a blast at the submissions only tournament in cedar rapids my students enjoyed it looking forward for more submissions only tournaments all most all my students took the gold

this my other student jaqan weeks only had 5 months of training but he did good true warrior never gave up

What weight and division were these students in?

I'm actually thinking about competeing in the Midwest Grappleing Challenge in St. Louis. I am simply a ronan though, without a local gym. I suppose everyone should compete atleast once though.

my student danny was at 168 at novice i think they bump him up i don't know and jaqan the one in the white shorts was a novice and he was at 145 they bump him up they were all novice i had three students compete they won gold except one he one bronze you should compete for the experience its shows you were you need to work on and its very fun ill be doing the st louis one two this time ill have more students ready and to go with me
