    Triangle Secrets

A lot of BJJ practiioners and MMA Fighters get into the triangle position but lose it before finishing the choke. The goal of this series is to provide the details to take your triangle choke to the next level!!! Use head and arm control rather than sleeve or lapel control for No Gi and MMA. I love angling off to the side and hooking the leg. No real need to deal with the arm battle

I like the posture break. Other than that seems pretty standard.

I like the details in this video too.

I guess when I look at it the fact that it depends on gi grips (well, a bit of it) means I have to adapt those for no gi. Except that I don't have to. Eddie already did and Herzog taught me those. So when I look at the ways I might adapt for no gi, I come to the same end result of overhooks, head and neck control, etc, that I already know works. Maybe I'm being a little snarky because of the word "Secrets". I'd maybe go with: "This is a pretty good way to do it too."

This video and the one of Halek are both good, but I'd say neither of them are things I haven't already learned in class, although, in class it's all no Gi.
