Also notice how his foot is active (curls his toes back towards his own knees), this is a detail I stress in Rubber Guard which engages the peroneal tendon which supports and strengthens the function of the knee. This is a detail everyone should be aware of and using while playing Rubber Guard, especially is you have knee problems. Its a trick I learned in Yoga and has saved my knees
