    Working my Weak Side Rubber Guard

    Just an Update:

    I have been focusing on my weak side flexibility over the past 2 weeks.

    I've made noticeable improvement.

    Last night, during live rolling, my training partner wouldn't allow me to trap the preferred hand to mat.
    But he gave me a Free New York on my weak side. I took it. Double Bagged. Cleared the head. And finished him with an Invisible Collar Choke.

    Arguable a difficult submission to finish, on a respectable opponent, I was able to complete the choke on my weak side.

    Damn, it feels good (:
