This is a TRAINING CAMP, not a 3 Day Seminar. There will be instruction sessions, yes; but the thrust of the weekend will be helping to prepare our team members from all over the Southeast to raise their competition performance. The training sessions will be long and there will be lots of focused sparring and drilling.

The camp will be led by myself, Derek Stewart, Sean Applegate, and Bobby Rivers.

If you have any interest in bumping up your comp game, I really believe this will be a beneficial weekend for you.

I wanted to keep the price low so that there is as little barrier for entry as possible. We will even help provide free housing for the weekend to help save the costs of lodging that you would otherwise incur. There's absolutely no reason for you not to come! If you would like to take advantage of the housing for the weekend, please email brandon AT bendersgym DOT com and I will get it arranged for you. If you have not paid for the camp yet, please don't contact me about free lodging
