Shayna is an awesome chick. I met her in 2009 and have been a huge fan since. She's a very innovative and underrated grappler, shes hell on the mats.

The one kid who is a black belt in jj whose older brother got his black belt in kick boxing at his funeral, he used rubber guard to set up a triangle.
