Whats up guys just a heads up this weekend is the Des Moines Midwest Submission Challenge submission only jiu-jitsu tournament. All teams, all skill levels, and all age competitors are welcome! Gi and No-Gi divisions. As always consolation matches win or lose. Registration closes this friday at 8pm.

Derek posted he's having one in Chicago on Nov'16th. As the date approaches we should look at our numbers and car pool up to support Derek's tourney. Sub only is the only way to go!! Wish all of the local tourneys would convert to sub only.
