10pHQ Warm Ups

I had to figure out a way to maximize reps for the advanced guys, making memorization of the warm ups mandatory is the only way. It took so long to put the finishing touches because I wanted to make sure I squoze in the absolute best nogi basics into those 15 minute blocks.

Those warm ups represent the skeleton of our system, I had to carefully and meticulously create the core of the 10th Planet video game character. :-)

I am hoping every moon commits to them. Dedicating the first 15 minutes of class to the warm ups will gaurantee that your students have a super solid core.

I don't want to make them mandatory, I just want everyone to believe in them and take advantage of the videos.

Who else is going to commit to the 10pHQ warm ups?

The mistake was mine sir. I fixed the PDF. If you opened it in your browser (rather than right click/save as) you may have to hold CTRL while pressing reload/refresh to get the latest version.

I know I'm just a Ronin, but our little future Norwich Hotbox has committed to the warm ups. Since we have such a small group, drilling is the heart and soul of what we do, and the HQ series are done every time. We are lucky enough to have WiFi at the school so we run straight from MTS.
