Nothing opening in South Africa for the time being but eventually one day I hope. We don’t rank drop ins, you must establish a solid teacher/student relationship which includes consistent training trips before a promotion will be given

I’ve never taught the buggy choke in my life, but Jeremiah Vance is a master of the fly trap which is in the same family of bottom side submissions, he’s pulled it off in competition from blue to black

Its been a ride this year i know you put it all on the line with those podcasts after all i too have talked to family and friends about FE or this and that. And felt the heat.
To tell you the truth master Eddie i was scared that you took that stance on the virus...
That is some truly Global stuff...
Who knows how many more years this is going to take.
Regardless i am thankful for knowing you and realizing the leaps you make bringing your outlook on jiu jitsu.
Its been a 16 year trip so you calling me brother is a special emotion for me.

Just started BJJ. 30-year-old male, lifted weights before everything shut down, found a BJJ gym that was open, and decided to join it because I loved wrestling.

After week two my teammates go pretty hard on me and I have developed some kind of bicep tendonitis in my left arm. Is there a way to go about dealing with tendonitis? I get mixed suggestions...rest and rehab or push through and it'll get better.

I prefer to push through and take it easy on my left arm. But, that is always how I do anything. Go until it's broken.

Yes bjj is the fastest way to get your body ducked up.
I have horrible chest pains but I try to stretch and do a bit of yoga, that helps.
But it’s a educated choose doing jj, you are going to get hurt...
It’s that pleasure and pain relationship.
