I believe that Eddie takes probiotics to prevent ringworm and other nasty skin infections.

I used to get skin rashes from time to time. Then, I saw a UFC fighter (cannot remember who) say to use Head & Shoulders Anti-Dandruff Shampoo with a body scrubber (all over your body... not just your hair). Been over 2 years since I've had anything now.

Just to confirm I'm not talking rubbish, I Googled 'Head & Shoulders Ringworm' and found this:

Pyrithione zinc, found in Head & Shoulders shampoo, is a very effective treatment for ringworm on the scalp and can be used as a body wash to assist in overall treatment.

Note: Head & Shoulders is expensive in the UK (£4.99 a small bottle) so I looked for the super-cheap supermarket alternative and checked the label to see that it had 'Pyrithione Zinc' in it. It did. £1.00 for a bottle 1.5x the size
