Anyone who's tried to simply sit on top of a balance ball will know how tough it can be. Jeff Glover on the other hand, probably isn't human.

great video. we have added ball drills to our monday and thursday jiu jitsu circuit training at Gig Harbor MMA. Were not a 10p school but we love the system and train it on a regular basis.

haha funny i just saw this on youtube randomly, then i come check the 10thp forums, and theres a thread about it as well. jeff glover you crazy, the on top with the knees to sitting to triangle to knees thing without hitting the ground, thats a friggin circus act, i'd probably smash my face haha

He's had a lot of good balance ball instructionals but this is the best one by far IMO

Very nice. I've learned some nice knee on belly at brazilian top team that i do at home. These will be a nice addition.
