https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jG_rZPAvuUw << wish i knew some rubber guard then, a video of me competing 2 years ago, if at any point i could of done something where i made mistakes feel free to let me know so i can bare improvements in mind, just after this comp back at the gym at a seminar a week later was when i got given blue, because i dislocated my shoulder 3 days before this comp and still went on to participating and received it due to bravery and heart but felt that it was to early to be wearing that colour so after a while i handed it back (Y)
