Plans to go LA/EBI

Hey guys me and a couple other brown belts from SF are going down Friday to LA
Looking to train sat at HQ see ebi. Then back to SF Sunday

No plans on hotels yet. Prolly AirB&B unless anyone has ideas or someplace to crash
Also any ideas or info to make the trip more awesomer would be appreciated

I'm afraid Denny might leave us lowly Browns to our own devices lol

Anyone know what the tix prices differences are?
You can buy $20, $35, or $80. Anything besides better seating?

Eddie was saying last night that the balcony seats are $20 and that they actually have a really good view.

I'm teaching at HQ Friday night at 6:30. Would love to meet you guys!

I found a nice spot airbnb about 8 miles out, I can ask if there may still be room....you just need a spot for Sat night after EBI and then leave Sun? I'll be checking out of the spot here on Sat morning, so that's at least one spot possibly open I'd have to ask the host.

Also Zach and the Bethlehem folks (and Denny too I think) have been staying at the LA jiu jitsu club (it's a 45 min hike but I'm told it's a chill place) you could see if there may still be room there.

Airbnb works well, especially if you're splitting costs with someone. If you aren't opposed to hostels, those work as well. I stayed at http://www.usahostels.com/locations/hollywood/ when I first went down to LA and it worked well for me.

The location I stayed at is under "Groovy Artist Nook" (look for Isa for the profile). She still has space open for Sat night (Fri I think too, I may need to depart early anyways and if so can let her know you guys may be interested). She literally has a spot 7-8 miles out and if you're looking to train Fri or Sat before EBI it takes about 15 min to get to the gym. My two cents...
