    My Super fight vs Tom "Big Cat Carbone Sub-Consious Invitational

    Watching it again, man, I made some rookie mistakes, especially in OT when I had spiderweb, locking my hands instead of deep hook with hand to my waist, and feet crossed the wrong way! Huge thank you to Brandon Mccaghren for coaching me up, I am a huge B-Mac fan. I feel if I had another 5 min I may have been able to secure a finish in regulation. Tom is a beast and his guard is no joke, I tried to be patient and wear him down so I could work my game.

    Overall the East Coast Training Camp was amazing, and so well worth it. The amount of knowledge shared in 3 days was epic to say the least. Herzog has an amazing gym and he was an awesome and gracious host. I love the Roc crew, thank you guys for an awesome time!

    Fun event with some great instructors teaching all weekend. Bryan was a great opponent and a cool guy that I had the pleasure to meet. I feel sorry for anyone who missed out on this camp
