Starting fresh, assistance requested

Hello all,

New to the game and this site. Still working out the navigation of the site. Dont have much experience on the mat, just about 10 sessions with workmates and a purple belt from work who has taken us through basic transitions, escapes and submissions.

Theres no bjj dojos close to home so looking into this MTS to continue my learning of Bjj.

Am I correct in thinking I start at epi 1, (sounds like a silly question) I saw a title saying Purple to Black belt journey and was wondering if I was in the right place on the site.

any help/ directions welcomed

I wouldn't recommend starting at episode 1. There's been a few people lately in the same situation as yourself, and I think the advice has generally been to start with the Warmups (A to H). Watching the MTS from newest to oldest is probably best, since anything at the very beginning may have already been improved upon. All of Eddie's books are amazing as well, so I'd recommend at least getting The Advanced Rubber Guard.
