    Berimbolo flexibility problem

I want to master granby’s drills and berimbolo techniques but I have a problem. My back and hip flexibility is enough while my leg flexibility is not. It is weird to explain from here but let me try. When I stretch my legs straight A’s 180* and i lean to my knees with my upper body; the muscles just behind my knees hurts a lot. Even with a small angle. How can I fix this?

So your hamstrings are too tight? Pain on the back of your legs?

Right behind the kneecap level. Not the legs.

It has the all details in this that I need to fetch for the report that I need to submit on my college at the end of this week. I collect the all data from this or send it to resumeprime reviews so I can get some more suggestion on this among the all aspect that was useful for me.
