Welcome to the family brother. Start with lockdown and rubber guard. Starting early with rubber guard and lockdown greatly increases your chances of getting wicked with it

I can totally attest to this. Lockdown was the first technique I really developed (shout out to Drew in Boulder for teaching me... I had been attempting electric chairs from regular half guard LOL) and a few years later I have been told by higher belt levels at HQ that I am among the best lockdown players they have experienced. It was years of Eddie's podcast and Mastering the System that told me to be confident and swat away those Guillotines and Darces LOL
