I hope you all are fine.
I was working on the G3 warm up and I dont understand the leg position (in red) at the beginning.
Why dont put the knee in knee shield position (in orange) ? Eddie is fixing some details in the MTS 188 but he doesnt speak about this left leg position.
I thought the guy will smash you if the knee is not in knee shield position (orange).
Could someone explain me ?
