I recently managed to find this DVD and I think it is the best instructional on the Butterfly sweep I have ever seen. I still haven't decided what details have improved my sweep game the most. Carlos Machado's details in his teaching sort of remind me of Pedro Sauer's though I have yet to see an instructional out by Pedro Sauer on the butterfly sweep. Has anyone else been so fortunate to purchase this amazing gem? If so, please share your thoughts.

Dude. Carlos Machado is one of my favorites. I know him pretty well and we've been on the mat together many times. He is hands down one of the best teachers out there. His game is magical.

Do you think Jean Jacques butterfly hooks are better than Marcelo Garcia's? I guess this is controversial question comparing two amazing Jiu Jitsu legends, but now you have me curious. Also thanks for the warm ups suggestion. I would really like to familiarize myself with your warm ups but I have been focused on adding 10th Planet techniques to my game one at a time.
