    Busted shoulder

So I got back from an MRI review today and the doc is telling me that I have a chunk of cartilage floating around in my shoulder from when my shoulder tried to relocate itself and missed. Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? Was PT enough to get your shoulder/limb/joint/etc back to normal or was surgery needed anyway?

My buddy had it before....surgery to remove the cartilidge...recovery was quick after suregery because nothing internal had to heal...they didnt suture anything together...

My father ad it in his elbow too...for many years, ultra sounds just broke the pieces up, but eventually they needed to be removed

My coach has chipped a chunk off the ankle bone which floats around down there...can cause some pain at times but basically he will need to have surgery to remove it.....
