    Hip problems

I have been training my lockdown to the electric chair, the sweeps and so on from there. My hips have been killing me ever since. what stretch or anything can help me. Is it one of those thing you deal with till the adjust? Any help would be great.

Yoga. Seriously. I've seen improvement with my jiu-jitsu since I've been integrating yoga into training. I have always had tight hip flexors and at first I thought playing rubber guard would be nearly impossible for me. I've a long ways to go, but I certainly see the benefits of yoga and how it's helped with my game.
