Yes, i can only take credit for the idea, the title "Kate plus 8" is all Herzog's and God bless him for it because i laughed a lot of times in a row about it.

Good stuff. The brown belt in the first video posted has been through HQ a few times. He is a good grappler and a real nice guy. That triangle from the reverse mount where Sean was searching for the far side Kimura is serious Danaher style. You can see the RG Academy style in the roll. Thanks for the post.
