    rolling with one arm

    andre galvao has a method of training with one arm

    you guys think it would help?

    also its in the gi but i think it could be applied in nogi

    im a fan of the musicians creedo "practice like you play" dont practice sitting down, or you get good at playing while sitting down. i see how this can be a workout, but I plan to compete with both arms, reps that are not competition situational are superfulous. but thats just my opinion

    Actually sometimes when we drill at our club for tournaments we do rounds with no arms, then 1 arm from guard. It helps a lot with hip mobility, especially for new guys.
