Gym sizes

I have 3000 sq two story

I think ours is 3500 or 4000, but it's us and MMA too, so there's a cage. We also have a crossfit area.

6500 sq ft with approx 2000 sq ft of mat space.

You guys in the states have so much more space than we do. Big, suitable, affordable space is quite scarce here and to be honest we don't even really need a place this big. When I see how much places over there are selling for and being rented for I do get quite envious. I'll bet were paying more than twice per sq ft but charging roughly the same. UK is tough for enterprise. On we go though nothing stopping us now..

You guys are spoilt, ours is 800 square feet, that is twice as big as where we last trained too :P

Not spoiled, earned. I started out teaching in a storage room that was just big enough to have a 10x10 mat space.
